it was a Hayes from Clintwood, 18 years old. Speeding and alcohol were a factor.

i bet i know who it was too, i was in school with a hayes that should be about that age now. was a few years behind me

He was in my class. I was shocked when i came home and found out about this. I wasnt really friends with him but its still a shock to see someone from my graduating class die

This is really sad news, his family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

The papers said he was a passenger in the vehicle and was not driving. My prayers go out to his family and the families of the others as his sister was injured along with two other people.

Was this towards the top of the mountain? Was coming down the mountain monday night in a bus and noticed the cop cars, rescue squad, and fire trucks. Car went over the guard rail just prior to the big Lotto billboard.
